Give yourself 75 minutes to step away from the noise, slow down, and reconnect with yourself.
Midday Reset is an intimate sound bath experience designed to invite deep rest, relaxation, and a sense of grounding. You’ll settle into a comfortable resting position as you’re immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
The first 60 minutes will be dedicated to settling in and the sound experience. We’ll spend the final 15 minutes slowly returning, pulling oracle cards, journaling, and allowing space for reflection before heading back into your day.
No prior experience with sound healing or meditation is needed. Simply come as you are.
What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water, journal, and anything else that will help you feel cozy and comfortable while lying down. An eye mask will be provided for you, although you’re welcome to bring your own.
