An immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments. The vibrations guide your nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into deep rest - the kind most people have forgotten is possible. Sound healing is woven into every Reiki session, or can be booked as a standalone group or private experience.
CRYSTAL HEALING
Crystals are placed on and around the body to support energetic release, balance, and restoration. Each stone carries specific properties that complement the nervous system work we do together. This is included in every session.
