Come clear and align your energy with Reiki sessions. Reiki is a gentle, hands on energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, balance, and inner peace. Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki works by channeling universal life force energy to support your body’s natural healing processes (physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.) Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional clarity, or energetic alignment, Reiki offers a calm, restorative space for you to reconnect with yourself and your wellbeing.

Sound Bath is a meditative experience where you are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls and chimes. These healing frequencies help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support emotional and energetic balance. It’s a gentle, deeply relaxing way to release stress and reconnect with your inner peace. Reiki will be incorporated in this experience for you.

Crystal Healing is a holistic, energy based practice that uses the natural vibrations of crystals to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well being. Each crystal is believed to carry unique properties that interact with the body's energy centers (chakras) to help restore balance, clear blockages, and promote healing. During a session, crystals may be placed on or around the body to encourage relaxation, clarity, and energetic alignment

As a spiritual guide and certified Reiki practitioner, I support you through reflection, mindset, and intuitive practices.

This is more than coaching. It’s a deep, integrative journey designed to help you release old patterns, reconnect with your soul’s truth, and step fully into the most empowered version of yourself.

Over the course of 90 days, you’ll receive unwavering support, healing, and guidance so you can create lasting transformation in your life.
