Step away from the noise and give yourself 75 minutes to slow down, reset, and reconnect.

You’ll be guided into a comfortable resting position and immersed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.

The first 60 minutes is dedicated to deep relaxation and sound healing.

The final 15 minutes will be for gentle integration with oracle cards, journaling, and reflection.

No experience is necessary. Simply arrive comfortable and open to receiving.
