The Moment I Realized My Healing Had to Become My Priority

I used to think if I just kept pushing, saying yes, and staying busy, eventually everything would fall into place. But the truth is, for years, nothing ever seemed to.

Ever since my breakup in 2020, it felt like my entire life went through a storm I couldn’t escape. I attracted one loss after another; money slipping through my fingers, cars breaking down, toxic relationships, situations that left me feeling depleted and misunderstood. It was like I was stuck in an endless loop of disappointment.

And honestly, I can only look back now and say I was the common denominator. I was the one attracting it all. Because as much as I wanted to believe I was “fine,” I wasn’t. I was operating from survival mode, disconnected from my truth, and hiding the pain I didn’t want to face.

I hadn’t healed.
I had only copied and pasted my pain into new chapters hoping a new person, new job, or new plan would rewrite the story. But pain has a way of finding you until you choose to face it.

It wasn’t one big moment that woke me up. It was quiet like my soul whispering, “enough.” I realized I had spent years giving my energy away to everything outside of me, instead of tending to what was happening within me.

That’s when everything began to shift. I just woke up one day and stopped waiting for someone to save me. I stopped apologizing for needing rest. I started slowing down, listening to my body, breathing deeper, journaling, meditating, and reconnecting with the version of me that had been buried under years of noise.

And through that process, I discovered something I now share with every client I work with:
Healing isn’t selfish, It’s sacred.

When you finally make yourself your own priority, the universe responds differently. You stop chasing things that aren’t aligned and start magnetizing peace, abundance, and love that reflect your new energy.

If you’ve been feeling like life just isn’t flowing, like the same patterns keep repeating no matter how hard you try, maybe it’s time to look inward. Maybe your soul is asking for space to breathe again.

You are not broken. You’re remembering who you are.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about coming home.

If you feel that pull to finally break the cycle and live with more ease, I’d be honored to support you on that journey
